Welcome to Marigold. By entering this site, buying our goods, or just lurking, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, close the tab. We won't hold it against you.

1. Age Requirement KEEP IT LEGAL

You must be of legal drinking age (21+) to be here. By using this site, you confirm you are old enough to sip irresponsibly (but legally). If you are underage, you are trespassing. We reserve the right to ask for ID at any point. Don't make it awkward.

2. The Goods & Pricing LIQUID ASSETS

We sell spirits and swag. We try to be accurate, but chaos is part of the brand.

Prices: Subject to change without notice. Order now to secure current prices.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If we run out of stock, we run out of stock.
Errors: We're humans, not robots. If there's a typo in pricing or availability, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel orders placed under the wrong info.

3. Promo Codes DON'T PUSH YOUR LUCK

Got a code? Great. Here's how they work:

The Rules: Codes may have limits (expiration dates, specific products, minimum spend, one per customer). Read the fine print.
The Right to Revoke: We can change or kill a promo code at any time, for any reason. Exploit a glitch and we will cancel your order.

4. Refusal of Service WE HAVE STANDARDS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Especially if you're being a jerk.

5. Returns & Refunds COMMITMENT ISSUES?

The Spirit

All alcohol sales are final. Once it leaves our hands, it's yours. We do not accept returns on spirits unless the bottle arrives smashed (provide photos immediately).

The Swag

You didn't vibe with the merch? Fine.

Conditions: Unused items in original condition can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Exceptions: Does not apply to items marked "Final Sale" or goods that have been worn, washed, or used.
Shipping: You cover return shipping unless we sent you the wrong item.

6. Your Privacy WE WON'T DOX YOU

We respect your privacy, mostly because we're too busy making tequila to spy on you.

Data Collection: We collect the basics (name, address, email, payment info) solely to process your order and send you updates.
Third Parties: We don't sell your data. We use trusted platforms like Shopify and secure payment gateways. By using our site, you agree to their data handling practices too.
Consent: By giving us your email, you agree to receive order updates and the occasional marketing blast. You can opt-out whenever.

7. Intellectual Property DON'T STEAL OUR SOUL

Everything you see here (the logo, the "Marigold" name, the chaotic design, the text, the photos) belongs to Tropical Harvest Innovations Limited.

Ownership: You do not own our brand assets. We do.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Service or content without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Tools NOT OUR TECH

We use third-party tools (Shopify, payment processors, analytics) to keep this site running. We may also link to other sites.

Disclaimer: We don't control these third parties. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or downtime. Use them at your own risk.

9. Prohibited Uses DON'T BE THAT GUY

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To violate any international, federal, or local regulations.
To spam, phish, or upload viruses.
To infringe upon our intellectual property. This is Marigold. Respect the brand.

10. Limitation of Liability AT YOUR OWN RISK

Your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. Marigold, our directors, officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products.

In short: We make the drink. You control the sip. Drink responsibly.

11. Governing Law HK RULES

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes to Terms THINGS CHANGE

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
